FZ1 to R1 Farings?

My bike was recently crash and FZ1 body panels are stupidly expensive does anyone know if it’s possible to just smack on a r1 set of farings with no issues?

Buy an R1, it'll be cheaper.

Edit. They are not the same bike at all. Which leads me to my rule about buying a vehicle. If you need to change more than brake pads and tires you bought the wrong vehicle. IMO trying to make a fz1 a r1 is just a detriment to your bank account.

U can make them fit if u have time or patience..all u need is brackets and machine work..interested in this or similar mods

Yeah I just like how comfortable the FZ1 is and don’t have R1 money
