Has anyone purchased anything directly from Graves? How was the service and how quickly did they handle it?
I am wondering if anyone else has had and experiences like mine?

I just ordered and received a set of the staggered velocity stacks 1/2 price regularly $150. I got'm for $75 another memeber on here said to call them for the special.

Had no problems and they were here within a few days (no decals though:confused0024

I bought velocity stacks and exup eliminator from them and they shipped quick and products were as advertised.

I got a fender eliminator from them and I was pleased with the service.

i ordered an exup elim amd block off plates, got them in the expected time. problem was this: i ordered the exup elim then realized if I ordered the plates as well, I'd get free shipping. so i called to amend the order and they had someone answering the phone who shouldnt have been and he promised something he shouldnt have. i called later to confirm and got some young guy on the fone. when I explained the situation he said I couldnt do that. i asked why and he copped an attitude w me, I requested a supervisor, and he resolved the issue and made me a happy camper. but I was amazed that this kid was so quick to get an attitude. im happy w the parts i bought from them and the manager I spoke w, but that kid is a douche silo!

Well here is my experience with them. I ordered some flush mounts from them on April 21. At the time I ordered them they showed that they were in stock and would ship in 1-2 days. So Friday the 29th a week after I ordered them I called them to see when I would get them. He then told me that they were backordered and wouldn't be shipped out till the next Tuesday. The guy told me that I would have them by that Friday. So Friday comes and I get them and one was loose in the package and I thought nothing of it. So I am going to put them on and I am looking at them and the one that was loose in the package has a huge chip out if it. So I immediately call them and tell them what had happened and they tell me to ship them back and when they get some more in stock they will ship them out. So at this point I have had enough with them waiting 5 weeks to get something that they claim to be in stock is too long for me.
