Fun for sure! When I was a kid I used to take my mother's little Pontiac Acadian out to the Football stadium parking lot in the winter and practice skid recovery. Good skill to have and a good excuse for just screwing around.
 
I had more fun with my 57 Rambler on the frozen lakes of Minnesota in the 70's. Used to get up to 60mph, push in the clutch, stomp on the brakes, slide it into reverse (3 on the tree) wind up that bad boy 6 cylinder and dump the clutch. That mighty Rambler would spin in circles for a long ways.
Ahh... the fun of the teenage years.
