Yes the fit is not air tight. The back plate has about 3/16" clearance from the frame of the opening.

That's for sure. The locals assure me that last year was a fluke. In addition to the shelter I increased insurance coverage on everything.

Three more years and we are out of here.

I'm in San Antonio tonight and home sick. Texas may be 47th but OK is 50th!!!
