Intermittent problem showing up now in this warm weather. 2011 Bike w/5.2k miles turns over & starts fine when cold. When bike's warm and ridden good miles & turned off, when I start up bike again, bike’s starter turns over fine, but bike doesn’t fire up, almost like it’s flooded. Turn ignition off and then on, let instruments do cycle….bike turns over and fires up fine.

Starting problems not consistently happening.

Bike’s running fine. Great mileage. What’s my problem???

Hey, a couple months ago I was having problems exactly as you described. My bike would start no problem first thing in the morning, but trying to start when warm was sometimes giving me problems. I would hold the starter down for a long time, and it would crank just fine but by the sound if it, it sounded like it wasn't getting enough gas. I raised my idle just a bit to about 1350 when warmed up, and whenever I start it I always give it a little gas. Ever since I did this I haven't had any problems. Hope this helps.
