Is my FZ-1S Overheating?

Hi all, I have an 07 FZ-1S with 180 miles on it, My area has a lot of traffic stops; as a result my temperature is usually reading between 98 degrees to 106 degrees and always stays between that, is this an acceptable temperature operating range or is the bike overheating?

No your bike is not overheating. The thermostat doesn't open on a gen2 until 71, so if you are sitting still quite a bit at stoplights your bike is going to heat up fast. Just make sure your cooling fans are coming on somewhere around 100.
