Sorry for the confusion but I use the term Feds for all forms of police.

I was told that if you have the camera on your 'person' they cannot confiscate it for evidence where if it is on the bike they can?? Best advice is just take it steady in popular areas like the nasho......or ride during the week.

I think you will find you can be searched for evidential material which will then be seized and used as evidence.......but please let us know when you do get nabbed if they seize your camera!
