Lower handlebars?

Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum. I'm picking up my new 2008 FZ1 N in about 2 weeks. I think the shop staff said the handlebars are lowered, can you tell from the pic? (We were speaking in Japanese so I may have misunderstood) One of my only concerns is actually that the bars are too low as I'm used to a more upright riding position, and in fact, the upright riding position was one of the attractions of the bike for me.

Those are stock bars with non stock risers. You can buy stock risers and sell those.

Those look like SV650 risers, a popular mod to lower the bars.
