Matching Paint

Is there an easy way to match the paint? I've got a red '08 and want the new Givi V35's colored matched . . . . Yamaha have the paint, or do I have to try and match it at a auto paint store?

Looking forward to seeing how they turn out. I have Givi V35s on my red '06 as well and though about painting the side covers to match. They are matte black now. My only concern is that they have already received some boot scuffs no matter how careful I am so I'm afraid the paint might not look too good for long.

Once I paint 'em, I'll try and learn how to post pics. The guy painting them, is a custom painter that does 'hot rods' and has some of his cars on national mags! His own 'rod' paint is stunning . . . he volunteered to paint the bags for free, so . . . .
