DB killer

I may put the DB killer in with a small stainless nut/bolt for those early morning commutes as it really is louder than the stock can. I actually like some of my neighbors. :poke:

A quick update:

This morning before I rolled out the FZ, I reinstalled the Decibal killer. I used a 9mm nylex/ stainless nut and a stainless round head bolt that I cut down to 1/2 cm. This way it is easily removable but should not rattle loose along the way. It quiets down the pipe just enough that (at around idle) it isn't obnoxtious anymore. It quiets the decel' popping a bit to. Now I am in no hurry to block or remove the AIS until after the warranty is up. If it has affected the power (over wide open), I can't tell by "seat of the pants". drove past a cop with an open window on the main drag near my place at about 6000 rpm and he did not bother me. :innocent:
The Decibal Killer removed from the MIVV GP:

A short clip of it running:

This should keep the neighbors from breaking out the pitchforks and torches.
