the engine is going in a Lotus 7 replica... they are normaly call a "locost"

here is a pic of one with an R1 engine.. mine is not that far yet...

An R1-powered Locust. That should be pretty fun for the track. I've been in a few Ford and Toyota-powered Locusts in the past and they're great fun.

you have a neat project, there was a guy making a lotus kit car here on Vancouver Island British Columbia. They came with a busa engine and side exhaust similar to the corvette one. It was a fab car.

I looked on your ebay posting but I didn't find the inner fairings.
Are they stock or (and I know I'm taking a shot in the dark) maybe they are carbon fiber inner fairings?
I would call dibbs on them if they are CF.
I know someone who was looking for one of those inner fairings if they are stock.
