I was wondering what effect does the AIS BLOCK OFF plates have on the operation on the auto tune accessory of the pc5?

Unless the PC5/AutoTune takes into account the fact the bike has AIS, fresh air into your exhaust system must completely throw out the readings to the AutoTune's o2 sensor? In which case, I'd strongly suggest block off plates!
AFAIK, the OEM o2 sensor also needs to be blocked off to prevent the PC5 fighting with the ECU.

The AIS needs to be blocked off. A simple 1/2" dia plug works fine. No need for a more elaborate solution.
