Picking up my FZ1

I'm new to this forum well 5 weeks in. I just wanted to say that I finely bought my bike, and I pick it up in Indy on the 3rd. A black and yellow 03 with 8k on it.

I've been riding for over 40 years and have owned at least 40 different bikes, This one looks like a work of engineering Art. I looked for over 2 and a half months to find it using something I'm not used to called patience. Now a small part of me wants to build a glass case and park it in my living room.

Very nice bee. It is funny I just picked my bee up back in Nov and we have the same riped up red fence in the background lol.

Congrats on the Bee! Your the second new Bee owner here in the past week and I am so jealous! Don't put it in a glass case in the living room, get out there and enjoy the hell out of it! Oh, and have fun with the mods!

I lean toward the Gen II, but the Bee is awesome. I need a Gen II Bee.

Gen 1's still have several advantages over the Gen II.

It amazes me when I see these bikes (10 years old) with such low mileage. I would like to know what happened to the PO and why it was'nt on the road more.....a real beauty BTW
