Sooo, how cold is it?

With much of the US in the grips of a chilly start to winter it's time for a roll call.

I live in the hills of northern California where we usually dip down to the low 20's around Christmas but the weather boys are calling for snow tonight and low of 8 Saturday morning. WTF Al Gore??!!

And to you Florida peeps who will brag about temps in the 70's ? Well good for you but I refuse to live where the lizards can eat you and the biggest hill is 12 feet high

With windchill, its -14F right now, tomorrow it should get all the way up to 16F, winter is definitely here.

Not this early in the year and in Calgary we don't get this all winter by any means, but January, February it does get this cold now and again. We go to hockey arenas to warm up around the big frozen slab of Ice.oke:

Started snowing an hour ago so my wife and I are having cocktails before we go out to the hot tub. Roughing the cold weather California style.

Don't feel bad Dustin, you guys with the webbed feet are used to all the rain at least. I'd want to hang myself after a season with the kind of rain you get.

Cold, well it just makes me want to smack someone with a hockey stick once in awhile! :rant:
