spark plug removal

yes but its not easy i use a ratchet with a 6In extension and a universal joint to get around various objects. use the tool kit once or twice so you can do it on the road without any headaches but if you plan on doing much wrenching get a proper tool kit.

Be sure to follow proper instruction for torquing. I believe once seated it's either half or 3/4 of a turn. Don't overtighten.. Aluminum heads...

Photos of WR450 Plug tool

Just wanted to show the tool I used that was very easy.
Thats a 14mm ring ratchet, WR450 tool, plug FZ1 tool.

You bend the tool so its short, drop it in the hole and straighten. Push down on the plug and use the ring ratchet to remove, bending the tool as you pull up. My bike is stock and with the radiator removed, it was very easy.

After you have undone the plug use a 12inch length of rubber hose to fit over the plug to help with screwing it out as well as in, if the plugs are new tighten them up then undo them 1/2 turn, tighten them up again and the crush washers will then seat better
