Top box racks?

Just got my new FZ1 Fazer (in blue) and looking forward to some fun. I wanted to fit an SW Motech rack to use with a Givi business case BUT the UK importer says the listed SW Motech rack is not suitable for the 09 model.
Anybody know whether this is right as I didn't think there were any body work changes this year.

Has anyone fitted an SW Motech rack to an 09 FZ1 ?

As far as I know no body changes to the '09 model. I don't see any issues with getting it. Sometimes manufactures are slow to update their catalogs and until they do the distributors don't want to take responsibility for fitment.
