What size socket fits on the rear axel nut ???

I have a 2003 FZ-1 and recently cleaned and adjusted the chain. Not having a socket large enough, I took my best guess at tightening the rear axle nut to 108 ft lbs. Does anyone know what size socket goes on that nut so I can go to the auto parts store and buy one and then tighten it using my half-inch drive torque wrench? Thanks, Tom

for the rear, you can either use 1-1/4" or 32mm.... some find the standard to fit tighter than the metric...

but.

I always use the tool in the tool kit for the rear axle.... in case the sh!t hits the fan on the side of the road somewhere, you want to be sure you can get that puppy loose...

I did use the supplied tool kit tool to loosen and retighten it, but can't attach it to a torque wrench to get the exact tightness.
