I just ordered that Helmet Guardian from Twistedthrottle.com. When it comes in I'll post some pics of it installed. Hoping it'll work well with the fender eliminator. We'll see.
I tried that helmet under the passenger seat trick, it does work well with a single helmet. I ride with the wife quite a bit though and it was a challenge to say the least to lock 2 helmets onto the bike that way.
