Hello guys, this is my first post and I need some help. I bought some Bikemaster grip heaters and they work great but, I'm having trouble picking a good positive wire under the seat that is hooked through the ignition. I've tried a few wires but had no luck, so got impatient and just ran it off the battery. But I really want it hooked to the ignition so I don't forget and leave them on and kill my battery. I downloaded a wiring diagram but it was quite confusing. Can someone steer me in the right direction?

Thanks...

I connected mine to the front signal hot wire for the running light. Keeps the connections close to the bars too. BTW, that is the blue wire on both sides of a Gen II going to the blinkers.

I suggest wiring in a relay switch. I went ahead an purchased an FZ1 fuseblock which has a relay and fused connections for my accessories. However, a simple 12V automotive relay will work just fine.
