It could be plugged gas tank vent either outside or crimped under the tank.

I would say $5k-$6k most places. It's a great bike. I just sold mine because of a lack of riding time. It will be a sad day for you as well. Think long about selling.

That's an indication of water in the oil. Could be a blown head gasket or another seal.
