It could be plugged gas tank vent either outside or crimped under the tank.

I would say $5k-$6k most places. It's a great bike. I just sold mine because of a lack of riding time. It will be a sad day for you as well. Think long about selling.

That's an indication of water in the oil. Could be a blown head gasket or another seal.

I use Engine Ice in South Florida. Just remove the hose instead of the radiator plug if the existing coolant is not brown. Mix accordingly.

I use Liquid Ice because of the hot summers in Florida. Shame on you for the brown coolant. There overflow is opaque, so it can be seen with the naked eye. Everybody should also be aware that 220*F is not hot for the bike. My bike's temp spikes in traffic, but quickly cools down to 200* in...

It's a Fi engine with 6-speed transmission. Fully adjustable front and rear suspension. If all that and the electrical system are fine, then it should be good to go. Not a whole bunch of sensors or electrical gizmos to go bad.
