I live on Aquidneck Island, doesn't get any closer to the water unless I grow gills.

I ride pretty much all year long. Sometimes I have to wait for the snow to melt but here in RI that doesn't take long at all.

I top off the tank and just keep riding! The only time I'm not riding is when there is snow on the ground and around here it doesn't last very long.

Ok i got the relay. I have the ppsitive from the fused link going into the switch pole,the positive going to the pos on the relay and the ground to the ground. The "lamp" pole is empty and the grips wont turn on. Do i need to wire the other pole in somewhere?

Ok so I got a set of the BikeMaster heated grips yesterday. I've heard that they should be routed through a relay. My question is..which one? Is there one that is better than the other?

Yeah I realized that after I read Sebastian's last post. I was half asleep when I posted that this morning. Guess that's why it wasn't making any sense to me..LMFAO! Got a set of metric feeler gauges coming to me so I'm sure that will help me get my head in the right place.

Well I guess it's finally time for it. I got home yesterday from work and decided to go ride. When I started the bike I could hear a ticking noise. Without ripping the bike apart I can only guess that it's the valves. My baby has just over 40k on her and I'm pretty sure this has never been done...

Hey all,I was just wondering if anyone had a choke cable for a Gen 1 laying around. Figured I would inquire here before I just order one.

Ok so I've had my bike for about 2 1/2 years now and I've put almost 14k on her. Well today I hit 40K. Now I know that may not be much to some of you but for me it's a milestone! Now the decision comes this...another 40k or time to make the trade up to a Gen II? (without the wife knowing) LOL

My hand just didn't sit naturally on the aluminum piece near the pointer/thumb area.
