Hey guys just looking for some input on heated grips. I want to look into getting a set so i quit freezing my hands off on my way to work. I don't have that far to go but it's just enough to get my finger tips numb. I don't want to use wired heated gloves or pay a ton for good battery powered...

Took my girl for a spin to test out the new sprocket i got form FZ1riderNY. Billy thanks a lot for it. I was very impressed on how easy it is to pull that front off the ground. I have to learn to take it easy on it now or i will stay on the back tire LOL. :cheers:

I did not torque mine just got them for what I thought was as tight as my sliders could handle. I checked them after a few rides and after 6+ months they have not moved a bit. But some of the other guys on here may have a better way.

Let me first say that I always have mine on and hound my friends to do the same. But I do not think any law that takes away our freedom to wear or not wear what we want is wrong. If some DA wants to go out and take the chance of splattering his head on the road well I say just call it gods way...

I have a tourmaster jacket with the liner and vents very similar to that one and love it. I use mine for temps from 75 to 25 deg F and it works great. I also have a mesh for the summer. The seller is right you should be set with that stuff.

It was 38 deg f when i got home from work the other morning. That was a chilly ride home. Will probly be 35 or less when i get off today... good thing i live only about 7-8 miles away.

I have the 1000 and love it except the fact that it is a little heavy.

Sounds like a batch i made when i used to cook in a resturant and nearly killed a buddy of mine LOL!! He said to make it as hot as i can possibly make (he didnt know i had fresh habaneros). I think is still curseing me today.
