EXTREMELY LOW clip ons?

Would I be able to control the bike still? If I dropped the clip on handlebars BELOW the headlight?

I am trying to find a way to install these clip ons I have to my bike, but to do that I'd need to move the headlight forward.. and I don't know how I could do that...

Any info?

Well my bike IS naked, but would this be an alright idea?? Would I still be able to handle the bike and things with it below the light? Thats like a huge drop in height!
