F/S 2009 FZ1 in Houston, TX area

For sale is my 2009 FZ1 with 7400 miles. Original tires still have decent tread left. It is Cobalt Blue and has never been down. I am the original owner and have a clear title.
Only mods are Graves fender eliminator, engine sliders, and Ivan's FCE. I think I still have the original fender I think. Have both keys and the manual. I will throw in a 2XL Yamaha textile riding jacket with padded elbow/shoulders/back with the bike.
Been mostly a daily/weekend rider (til I got a KLR and the became the daily) but she has been on a couple longer trips. I hate to sell her but I have debt I really need to pay off.
