there is a baffle for this exhaust, provided it's E-marked..
with the baffle removed, you can fit in a can of soda with room still to spare..

Just to pay it forward to you guys - I found another Micron GP on Ebay. It's chrome instead of black and it's REALLY expensive - but hey - It's a Micron GP!!

Not yet.
I HAVE to finish the Beetle Bags first. Routine maintenance day will as it's time to flush all the fluids. Then I'm going to tackle this one.
I did however start (kind of). I ordered the high temp paint from Eastwood that I'm going to use to give this baby a face lift. I'm keeping it black but I think some new paint will make this baby look great!
One more thing - just to amend my 1st post. Having seen the top of the cone - I will definitely not remove any metal. The end of the cone is completely different than what I thought when I wrote that statement. I am going to concentrate on the inside of the muffler and see what the packing looks like. Been thinking about buying a "repacking" kit and adding/subtracting the amount of material until I get the sound that I like.
