Its looks fat & the less good looking R1 model of YAMAHA, quit dissapointing.
The back of the bike remind the KAWA ZX1 previous model which was UGLY.

I'm on the fence, while I think the above paint job rocks, the bike looks kinda short and kinda weird. Its just not that sexy

IMO i like the new R1 :thumbup: , the beauty of a motorcycle is half its looks . but its true beauty comes from riding it & i'm guessing the new R1 will totally kick butt ..

Do we think the FZ1 will get the big bang engine some years down the line or is it not right for the FZ.

i see no reason why Yamaha wont offer the FZ1 with a more updated R1 engine with more HP & radial mounted brakes etc , in the not to distant future ..
