Where did you find the pick of the black '09 + R1 naked? That is THE bike that I want. I'm about fed up with the problems I'm having with my tuono. I would love to find a used R1 and convert to that exact setup.

I just picked up my 06 FZ1 last night. I got lucky -- a six-year-old bike with 1096 miles on it AND a Graves slip-on & PCIII. At least those are two expensive mods I won't have to do myself. I picked this thread to post on first because I took an 07 R1 and turned it into a street fighter a couple of years ago, custom making a fiberglass solo-seat tail, a fuel tank cover that houses the gauges, and two air-inlet covers (they're exposed on the frame of the R1) as well as making a custom exhaust mid-pipe, and dumping thousands more in performance and cosmetic upgrades (it's a disease). Hopefully, I can post some pics of my "R-None" right off the bat here. My thinking is: when I eventually crash this one, I'll strip the plastics and do to the FZ1 what I did to the R1.
