Spark Plugs: CR9E vs CR9EIA-9 vs CR9E-IX

Looking to do a plug change and can't find a clear cut answer on which plug the first gen Fz's like the best. I read on the R1 forum that the CR9EIA-9 is what they go to, but I've also heard that the regular CR9E will do the job just fine and I wouldn't notice a difference. Whats your preference?
 
I believe the CR9E is the factory plug and you certainly can't go wrong with that.

I compared the specs of the CR9EIA-9 and the CR9E-IX on NGK's website and they appear to be identical iridium plugs. Whatever difference there is between the two isn't obvious to me.

My opinion and experience with iridium plugs is that they don't offer any appreciable benefits other than a far longer service life for not a lot more cost. I always put iridium plugs in for that reason.
