plug

I'm planning on changing plugs soon and adding block off plates when I do. Question is can I just plug this hole in the airbox for the time being until I do the blockoff plates ? Thanks

I'm thinking of replacing the stock oil filler plug on my Gen2 with an aftermarket item. Can anyone confirm the diameter / thread pitch for the plug, please?

When safety wiring the oil plug, what do you guys use as an anchor point? I don't see anything obvious nearby.

Looking to do a plug change and can't find a clear cut answer on which plug the first gen Fz's like the best. I read on the R1 forum that the CR9EIA-9 is what they go to, but I've also heard that the regular CR9E will do the job just fine and I wouldn't notice a difference. Whats your preference?

I noticed one of my spark plug boots wasn't fully seated against the valve cover. Its the inside one on the right side of the bike. There's little space in there so I cant get it to seat properly. Any suggestions?

Having only 8k miles, I doubt that she needs the plugs even checked, BUT I do have the radiator pulled, and ALL the body work pulled at this point, plus I have the new plugs on hand, so I'm aiming to replace the plugs while I'm "in there." That said, I cannot get the ignition coils off & out...
