TB Sync on Gen II "How To?"

Anybody have a "How To" on TB Syncing on a Gen II FZ1. I've got Mercury sticks and have done it on Carbed bikes. Is the 08 FZ1 adjusted mechanically or electronically. Guess I just need to get a Manual.
 
While I don't have the specific How-To for it, I can tell you that #3 is your standard and you do not adjust that one. Idle speed needs to be between 1100 and 1300 RPMs. You adjust #1, #2 and #4 to meet #3 @ 30 kPa (225 mmHg, 8.9 inHg) and they should be, after sync, within 1.33 kPa and nothing more of each other.. Always give a quick REV or two after each adjustment, but not much. Don't suck the fluid into the engine. Check each one again. After you are done, be sure to set the idle speed back to the above specs.
