Whats The Best Oil For My FZ1N ?, Semi Synthetic Or Full Synthetic ?

I didn't see anyone posting about the Yamaha oil. I use the Yamalube Full Synthetic and love the way the gears shift and transition. I've had no issues with it. You guys are making me want to second guess my choice. If there is a better one that is preferred, then Please let me know. I bought mine new, and wanted to keep full synthetic in it from the birth of the bike and went with yamaha oil, I hope I've made a good choice, since I plan to keep it forever. : )

I just switched over to the Rotella Synthetic 5-40 at 5000 miles in my 08 and so far I like it a lot, really smooth shifting and it is only about $20 a gallon at Walmart.

I second that. I use Rotella synthetic shifts real smooth and is cheap. $20 @ walmart
