Hey guys, just had the bike knocked over for the first time, so I was thinkin why not add a little bling. Does anyone know where to get the retro body kit with tank and plastics for the 2nd gen fz1?

They used to be available on eBay but I haven't seen any for quite awhile. I'm pretty sure they are no longer made so you'll have to be lucky to get one.

Really a good looking setup. Looks aside, $850 for plastics and tank is a killer deal. Anyone considered a white front fender?

I went with Black. Have a hunt around the owners gallery. Someone did a white fender. Have you tried an ebay search? And just to break up the Texans, this is my entry for bike of the month

Thats an option...i think it would cost more to repaint it and paint the exact stripes...i prefer to have original OEM bodywork if it can be found but painting is certainly an option...
