Found the problem When I pulled the air box cover, I discovered the padding that I had put on top of the battery had sucked into the snorkel & the K&N. Thanks for all the help with what turned out to be simpls fix!

I am installing a set of Pro-tek lowering links on the rear of my 2003 FZ1. Can anyone tell me if I have to adjust the spring/dampening with this mod? Thanks in advance.
