So my wife (yes I can blame it on her, right?) dropped off a bunch of parts at the powder coaters a couple of weeks ago. They called today and she picked them up. I got home all excited to see that the entire RZ chamber had been coated, muffler and all.

What's the best way to get my alu mufflers back???

Other than that the parts look great! Rear wheel, swing arm, rear brake stop, etc.

Well I was hesitant, but I don't want to jack up my irreplaceable Canadian chambers!

That said, the front of the pipe is soooo pitted I may end up getting an aftermarket set.

This poor bike is so beat up. Canadians... :justkidding:

i've used aircraft remover before and it works wonders. the paint just shrivels up and can be wiped right off. not sure how it will work on powder coat but worth a try

Holeee Cow! That stuff is hard corps! Thanks for the vid. Will a place like AutoZone have it? Or should I hit up an airport?

Wiley Post Airpark is just 3 miles west of me.

I'd think an autozone or a hardware store should have some aircraft stripper. The smaller private owned hardware store always seem to have the specialty stuff thats hard to find.

Really can;t give you an answer about the airport, good luck :)

I'd think about wrapping a piece of rubber tight with a hose clamp along the edge where you want the stripper to stop, it will probably eat right through tape.
