We texted each other last night and he is calling me this afternoon after work. We'll go over the whole scenario this evening. If it's a true listing it shouldn't be too hard to outsmart this idiot. And also if the Police Dept helps out this time. They were less than stellar last time when it was originally stolen.

Good luck. You would hope that the Police would see this as an easy solve to boost their stats. Do they have discriminatory policies like here? Someone steals a Supercar and they use Choppers to look for it but some poorer persons car gets stolen and its just "Fill this out"?
