My name is Rick. I recently picked up a nice FZ1 and Im here to learn as much about this great ride as I can.

I hope to share some great stories and pick up some useful info on the way.

Heres my new baby.

Its a 2004 completely stock with 3000 miles on it.

You will learn everything there is to know on this site. Everyone on here, especially the senior memebers are extremely helpful and are always willing to give advice, pictures etc. I've done all the performance mods myself, all with the help of guys from this forum. WELCOME, and congrats on the bike. With only 3K miles, she's still getting broken in.

Glad you found the site. Get some more miles on that thing! How old are the tires? If they are original, you might want to think about a new set for safety.
