I think you will find that besides the fuel cut problem, Ivans FCE also modifies the signal to open the flies sooner and , or quicker than stock. This is where you are seeing the additional mid-rage hp gains.

I believe you are so far beyond "Right to a speedy Trial" that you could easily get that dismissed.

How about one of the street legal on/off road bikes? A 125, or 250.

Looks like stock peg feelers are about an inch long, so net loss of cornering clearance should be about zero.

Theres another thing to keep in mind. One of the major reasons Yamaha is NOT going to make a lot of these mods, is I'm sure they dont want FZ1 sales encroaching on R1 sales. After all if they made a Fz1 with full on R1 performance, who would buy an R1? That said, I would buy a full on FZ1:)

Yamaha comfort seat, not only does it feel better on teh Buttocks, its taller and gives you a bit more legroom, good if your tall like myself.
