What did you do to your FZ today?

Who eles keeps seeing more and more things to do once they get started tinkering

So I started with the forks and now Im on to what the heck. I'll get a set of tires and then I'm like I might as well change the oil while Im here. Now Im like block off plates.... Maybe:banghead:

Thanks Guys !! I simply love the Yellow and Black. I had an '06 R1 in the 25th Anniversary Y/B and it too was gorgeous . . .. unfortunetly I couldn't ride it due to lower back and replacement knee pain. I SOLD it and kept the goodies that came with the purchase.

This bike is far more comfortable for an old guy like me . . .. heh,heh Btw, I'll be 60 next month

While I've been house hunting and waiting to move, I've been reluctant to do anything to the bikes. Today I couldn't stand it any longer! I finally got a bit of paint on the gen2 upper. First coat is on!

With rain in the forecast till Sunday, I'll likely finish painting the upper and installing it this weekend if the paint is dry enough.

Sushi... where going to have to get together. I am from western MD but I have an apartment in White Marsh. I am thinking about getting a rental unit to keep the bikes down here for the summer.

By the way where do you recommend the SUSHI? I haven't found any where better then Nick's at the Cross St Market.

Thanks Craig

Hey Craig,

I'm around the Rockville/Gaithersburg area and the best place for some sushi around this area would be Yuraku (fresh fish, variety, price) in Germantown, MD.

Germantown, MD 20876

It get REALLY packed though.

did it myself with some color match ford paint from autozone, just silver metal in it rather than gold. don't get much sun under the tail to bring it out anyway. finish with 3 coats of clear an it looks ok for having 25 bucks in it. Still have my factory hugger, got this one off ebay for 10 bucks shipped. Thinking about finding another chain guard and painting it too.
