Just a start to the collecting of the parts for the next FZ1. Still waiting on the CRG Levers, a set of Roth Velocity Stacks, smog blocks off are coming, a tail section I bought on Ebay is at the body shop as we speak getting those grab bars off along with many other mods on the list to be ordered as the money is available.

Yup....that is a naked kit. :smoking:

Going to grab a white 2012. It will make a good platform for some custom paint.

That will be a good platform to start from. I think a white bike with some red stripes along the lines of the 50th Anniversary (of Yamaha) editions of the R1/R6 would look killer ;)

Ballmead,

Is that a factory belly pan you have installed? Is there enough clearance with the Arrow headers?

Dave

Hi Dave,

Yes mate it is the factory belly pan. I had to Dremel about 5mm off the front of it to get it to clear.

It was very easy to do and you can't hardly tell.

Here is a pic:

Does anyone know if the PCIII USB for the 06-08 will work on the 2012 FZ1? Can't see any reason it woouldn't but DynoJet only list the PCV for the 2012 and I can't get a response from them.

Why don't you want to go with the smaller PC V anyway? Now the IM (Ignition Module) is available for it as well.

I'm not bothered with the Ignition Module since I am not planning on the Q-Shifter and the PCIII USB can be found cheaper. Now if I found a good price on the PCV i would take it.

See my package from today??
